L-phellandrene
Reported skin tumor promoter in rodents, reported to produce allergic reactions and reported mutagen.
L-pinene
Reported skin tumor promoter in rodents, reported to be major constituent (approximately 80%) of turpentine.
Ammonia
Reported to increase the "Ames" activity of cigarette smoke condensate.
Benzyl acetate
Reported to be carcinogenic for liver, pancreas and forestomach in NTP rodent carcinogenesis bioassay.
Benzyl alcohol
NTP oil gavage carcinogenesis bioassay on benzyl alcohol is near completion. Currently 83% of all NTP oil gavage bioassays are positive.
B-ionone
Reported to be teratogenic in rodents.
Camphene
Camphene is a turpene, many terpenes are regarded as tumor promoters in rodents.
Caryophyllene B
Reported to be a skin tumor promoter in rodents.
