<description>Judith Chamberlain of Cleveland Heights will have to carry on alone in her quest against the tobacco industry.

A federal judge in Cleveland ruled Tuesday that a consortium of law firms could not file a statewide class-action suit against the companies that make tobacco products and the retailers who sell them.

So yesterday, attorney John Climaco of the Climaco, Lefkowitz, Peca, Wilcox &amp; Garofoli law firm of Cleveland told U.S. District Judge Patricia Gaughan that his client would continue to pursue the case individually.</description>
