DE: Candidates battle for Delaware attorney general's slot 

Among Mr. Dorsey's most vocal points is what he calls Ms. Brady's lack of leadership in getting Delaware on track in national tobacco litigation. . . But, contrary to Mr. Dorsey's assertions, she said her office is quietly pursuing ongoing negotiations to include the state in the settlement process, as well as clamping down on cigarette advertising directed at children.

''We are involved with the National Association of Attorneys General on this,'' Ms. Brady said. ''There are 46 attorneys general at the table that are currently in negotiations with the tobacco industry to advance the public health benefits and financial recoveries the other states have realized.''
