Intro: Accordingly, because the funds' and the nations' claims are "too remote, contingent, derivative, and indirect to survive," Guatemala, 83 F. Supp. 2d at 130,6 we reverse the denial of the motion to dismiss the RICO and fraud claims in Service Employees, and we otherwise affirm the dismissals of the complaints in Service Employees and Guatemala.
