Tobacco growers in Ecuador are harvesting a large, high-quality crop of wrapper tobacco. The good harvest comes on the heels of bad crops blamed on last year's El Niño weather phenomenon. . . Oliva Tobacco Co. and ASP Enterprises Inc., the nation's biggest growers, had lush fields full of strong, healthy plants in the heart of the season. Several primings of high-quality have already been harvested.
