The Tobacco Control Unit under the Supreme Council of Health has registered an increasing number of violations as part of its campaign against those violating the anti-tobacco law in the country.

The SCH has imposed fines amounting to a total of QR74,000 on smokers endangering public health, during inspections conducted in several shopping centres across the city
