Intro: Angolan Government ban on public smoking will avoid the degradation of the environment and help improve human life quality.
This was said Tuesday in Luanda by the national director of environment management, Vladimir Russo.
Speaking to Angop, Vladimir Russo said the law, approved by the Cabinet Council on July 1, is welcoming as production of tobacco and filters cause several environmental problems, including the degradation of soils and death of sea creatures.
