Intro: Angolan psychologist, Carlinhos Zassala, Wednesday in Luanda urged the need for a stricter enforcement of the law against public smoking.
Speaking to Angop in reaction of to the approval of the law against public smoking, Carlinhos Zassala said the purposes of the Government will not be attained concerning the use of tobacco in public, unless a stricter control is exerted by concerned organs.
He said public smoking tends to affect more the passive smokers than tobacco users themselves.
