Intro: Sociologist Paulo de Carvalho on Tuesday here expressed his satisfaction at the approval by the Angolan government of the bill against the usage of tobacco in public areas, considering it a worthy instrument in the fight to the consequences of smoking in human organism.
In an interview to Angop, Paulo de Carvalho said that with such as initiative, the government solves problems of passive smokers, people that are the main victims of usage of tobacco in public locals.
