Intro: Europe's largest cigar manufacturer, Scandinavian Tobacco Group, said on Thursday it had bought two family-owned cigar factories in Central America for an undisclosed sum to expand its global footprint.
The factories are in Danli, in Honduras, and Esteli, in Nicaragua
