Intro: COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A restaurant and bar is in hot water with city health officials after several smoking violations.
The restaurant in question is the Patio Bar & Grill on Sullivant Avenue on the city's West Side, NBC 4's Tom Brockman said.
Inspectors said while investigating complaints they found several smoking and smoking-related violations at the restaurant. And it's happened on more than one occasion.
