The man, who claims he was just enjoying a routine flight when strong winds blew him over the border Friday night, was detained for illegal border crossing and suspected cigarette smuggling, officials said Monday. Authorities are investigating suspicions that the man was smuggling cheap cigarettes into Hungary, said Volodymyr Sheremet, spokesman for the western Ukrainian border unit.
