Sunday Letters: Smoking ban 

Show me a reputable medical study or autopsy that lists secondhand smoke as a cause or contributor to death or illness to the exclusion of the everyday pollution, such as engine exhaust, pollen, cement plants, perfume and all the others, and I would take to the streets carrying signs and be the leading advocator for banning smoking throughout the nation. But it is impossible to scientifically make this link.
