Intro: As a student in Pike County, in my years before I enrolled in Centre College, I worked extensively with other youths on this issue. The arguments faced then are the same ones we face here.
I may just be a student, but this I know: What we did in Pike County is working, and I am certain the same will happen in Boyle County. This ordinance simply requires people to do what common sense and common courtesy should compel them to do anyway — step outside to light up so they don’t force others to smoke along with them. Doesn’t this just make sense?
