Intro: The land where you can own a business and operate it as you choose, or at least that's how it was.
Back in the 1960s our nation was afraid of Communism coming to America. We froze at the thought of having even the smallest freedom taken. So how is it now that we can choose when others smoke? When you take a break at work and clock out, can they control what you do on your free time?
No, if you aren't on the clock they have no right. This isn't a country where the politicians hold power over the people. It is run by the people, and forever shall it stay.
