Intro: Some Alabama lawmakers are looking for a victory of their own, with Senate Bill 229.
The bill just passed in the Senate, and if it becomes law, smoking will be banned in many public places in the Alabama.
Smoking would be prohibited in workplaces and restaurants, but there's one more element that's catching some off guard.
Bleachers or grandstands for outdoor and indoor sporting events would be off limits for smokers.
