Intro: Tobacco Free Broome will hold a celebration Monday to mark SEPP's decision to go smoke-free.
The event is scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday in the Marian Apartment building complex on Hooper Road in Endwell. SEPP (Serving the Elderly through Project Planning) recently decided to have its buildings become smoke-free.
