Peter DeBenedittis will speak at 9 a.m. April 22 to open a four-hour program hosted by the Volunteers of America Dakotas at 1309 W. 51st St.
DeBenedittis, from Santa Fe, N.M., holds a doctorate in speech communication from Pennsylvania State University. The Sioux Empire Tobacco-Free Coalition is sponsoring his visit.
