Intro: A new bill moving through the Legislature could again make smoking in some bars legal -- "cigar bars," that is.
Under the new law, "cigar bars" could offer a smoking environment, so long as they met all existing liquor laws and could show that 60 percent of their revenue came from the sale of tobacco products on premises.
