Judge fines Portsmouth woman who tried to rid cigarette stink with stink of her own 

In an effort to rid the front stoop of unwanted cigarette smokers at Molly Malone's Pub, neighbor Amy Dodge decided to throw a "stink bomb" in the midst of smokers as they puffed away following the statewide smoking ban.

According to police reports, on Oct. 29 at 8:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the pub where they discovered that Dodge, 37, of 125 State St., had thrown the odorous bomb because she was unhappy with the cigarette smoke.
