Intro: British American Tobacco on Tuesday declined to comment on reports it is canceling a planned $50 million plant in the Philippines due to a tax dispute.
The Business Mirror newspaper said BAT had given "official notice" that it had withdrawn plans to open a new cigarette manufacturing facility with an initial investment of $50 million.
