Intro: A Mattapan man accused of stabbing a fellow party-goer to death with one thrust of a combat knife, then pausing for a smoke and spitting on the dying man, was found guilty today of second-degree murder.
The Suffolk DA just announced a jury found Roberto Mulero, 23, guilty of the fatal stabbing last year of a 23-year-old Liberian immigrant. Mulero is set to be sentenced tomorrow, where he faces life in jail without the possibility of parole for 15 years.
