Intro: Canada's largest cigarette company will begin test marketing a smokeless, chewless and spitless tobacco at the end of the month, a product that Imperial Tobacco says could pose fewer health risks to consumers.
Anti-smoking advocates are skeptical, saying the best way to reduce the harm associated with using tobacco is to stop promoting and selling it.
