Judge Suggests Settling Barney Case 

``This is a case that ought to have been settled,'' U.S. District Judge Graham Mullen said. At the close of the trial Friday, Mullen announced that he was taking the case under advisement. . . ``Barney's young fans accept him as a `real' best friend, and trust him completely,'' Lyons Partnership said in a statement. ``Many of these very vulnerable children have been shocked and disappointed by seeing someone in a bogus `Barney' costume behaving rudely, smoking, drinking, or otherwise behaving in ways they know are not appropriate for Barney.''
