Mount Huangshan General Cigarette Factory - a new big Chinese tobacco manufacturer incorporated on the basis of the merger of three small cigarette factories in east China's Anhui Province - is taking steps to substantively improve the quality of its cigarette products and systematically reform the structure of resources.

The establishment on March 28 of Mount Huangshan General Cigarette Factory grouping the three subsidiaries of Bengbu, Hefei and Chuzhou signifies a major step forward taken by the tobacco industry of Anhui in its structural reform in accordance with the reform policy of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (STMA). . . .
