Intro: San Salvador, El Salvador (REUTERS). —El Salvador hopes to collect 20 million dollars in 2005 by means of a rise of the taxes to the purchase of arms, cigarettes and alcohol to create the Shared in common Bottom for the Health (Fosalud).
