Intro: Nov 30 -- A local study has shown that of school students between the ages of 13 and 15, 28.8 percent have tried smoking at least once.
Member of the Ministry of Health's smoking combat committee Dr. Hamdia Al-Fadhli told KUNA that 37.6 percent of male school students and 17.6 percent of the females have tried smoking according to a study conducted by the committee's bureau of tobacco and health in cooperation with the World Health Organization (WHO).
