Intro: Sometime in the next two months, the only prison in the Yukon Territory is going smoke-free.
Guards at the Whitehorse Correctional Center are getting training in how best to deal with cranky inmates forced to give up cigarettes, said prison superintendent Sharon Hickey.
"Nobody really wants it to happen, but it's inevitable," said James Barnes, a member of the prison's inmate committee and a member of the panel that helped develop the plan.
