Brown & Williamson is the U.S. cigarette unit of London-based British American Tobacco Plc <BATS.L> <BTI.A>. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Holdings Inc. <RJR.N> in October announced plans to buy Brown & Williamson from British American Tobacco. That deal has not yet been completed.
