Intro: It's one of the most popular New Year resolutions-- and one of the most difficult to keep, but this year there is something new to help you quit smoking.
Rapid City Regional Hospital and the American Lung association will hold a "Freedom From Smoking" cessation clinic beginning January 6. The program will provide support and skills to help tobacco users quit in eight sessions.
