Intro: And finally, there is the issue of the unconstitutional smoking ban legislation that was shepherded through the city council by my opponent Christine Quinn. As Americans we should have the right to choose what to do with our lives and our property. However, the current members of the city council don't appear to see it that way. They have passed legislation above and beyond the smoking ban that has been proven to be dangerous to the health and welfare of the greatest city in the world. Now is the time for We the People to rise to the occasion to kick the butts of all of our elected officials out of office who are responsible for the passage of such laws!
