Intro: KUWAIT CITY: Police have arrested five Kuwaitis for violating rules by eating in public places in broad daylight in an open area, during the month of Ramadan, reports Al-Qabas daily. The men, whose identities have not been disclosed were caught smoking behind a commercial complex in Sharq, reports Al-Qabas. In another incident, Fahaheel police arrested an Iranian man for violating fasting rules. He was caught smoking a cigarette at the Fahaheel market. The men were referred to the authorities.
