Intro:

A two-pronged attack on smoking in restaurants is underway in Oshkosh.

And, while it is months away from possible city action, the campaign’s kick-off may signal a willingness – maybe even majority support – on the city council to approve a ban.

A newly formed community-based group called “Breathe Free Oshkosh,” working in coordination with the Winnebago County Tobacco Free Coalition, will today unveil a city-wide campaign for smoke-free restaurants in Oshkosh.
