Intro: Representatives of civil society of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, Uzbekistan and Ukraine founded the Coalition For Tobacco Smoke-Free Eastern Europe and Central Asia on 20 February in Geneva.
The coalition was founded within the framework of the sixth session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body on the World Health Organisation (WHO) Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, which ended on 28 February.
