Intro: If one of your New Year's resolutions is to quit smoking, you can get help from the University of Michigan Health System. U-M's Tobacco Consultation Service offers a smoking cessation program, starting Jan. 6 for seven weeks. The first four weeks are preparation to quit. The program is free to MCARE and HAP members, and patients with U-M referral. All others: $75. Information or registration: (734) 936-5988.
