Intro: Smoking materials accidentally ignited a couch and started the fire that killed three Miami University students in an off-campus house last Sunday, a fire investigators' report said.
The three victims were drunk, all with blood-alcohol levels more than double Ohio's legal limit for driving, Butler County Coroner Richard Burkhardt said Friday.

The highest court's ruling could have a major impact on the rights of students in public universities and private institutions across Canada. The British Columbia College of Teachers is fighting Trinity Western University, a "Christian" university in Langley, B.C. which demands an awesome degree of control over its 2,700 students. . .
If the university loses, it will mean TWU students will be able to go out for drinks with their friends on the weekend, smoke cigarettes, play poker, rent a porn movie or read a dirty magazine, and who knows, even smoke dope, or have sex occasionally. . . before they are married.
